Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Press Operator to support our client's 2nd shift manufacturing operations, located in Nashua, NH. This role involves operating press equipment, handling materials, and ensuring finished parts meet quality standards before moving to the next phase of production.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay Rate:

  • $20/hr - no experience required
  • $22/hr - with relevant manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials into press machines
  • Operate equipment using basic controls, including dials and push buttons
  • Monitor equipment performance and assist with minor troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate production counts
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform additional production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent use of hands for handling tools, parts, and controls
  • Ability to stand for extended periods with occasional walking, bending, or crouching
  • Visual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Additional Requirements:

  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required (no THC testing)
  • Steel-toe safety shoes required
